Inside of the ancient Oil Mill the permanent exibition "La civiltŕ dell'olivo" is prsented by the Antico Frantoio Sommaria. A number of machines, utensils and other objects used in the past centurys are suggestive of the improving of the cultivation of the olive tree and the production of its oil.
Entrance is free and also free tasting of local products.
