The Villa Il Castello Due lies in Verici above Sestri Levant, a place famous for its two bays which lie facing each other but are very different, "La Baia Del Favole" and the "Baia Del Silenzio". Sestri Levante is located between Portofino and Levanto on the Riviera di Levante. This coastal town has two different faces. On one side we see the wonderful house facades with the old portals and small shops as well as the gorgeous bays of “Baia del Silenzio” (Bay of Silence) and “Baia della Favole” (Bay of Fairy-Tales, named in honor of Hans-Christian Andersen). On the other side Sestri Levante is a major industry and trade center, which gave it economic prosperity in the 19th century which still holds strong today.
