The beautiful and elegant holiday apartment of Villaregia DeLuxe 2 has ample room for four people and is located on the beach in Riva Ligure. The popular seaside locality is very attractive and has some fine restaurants, sandy and stony beaches, as well as the trail La Passegiata al Mare for those who like sporting activities. There is a double bedroom with canopy bed, another bedroom with two single beds, a comfortable living room with dining area, a modern kitchen as well as a bathroom. You can also enjoy the invigorating sound of the waves on the balcony, which embraces the whole apartment. The elegant marble decor, wooden flooring and beautiful paintings in combination with modern styling will take you swiftly back to a bygone age.

The harbour can hold up to 150 small boats.
A resting place in Roman times for those who were travelling to Gaul, Riva began to develop as a town in late mediaeval times, as can be seen from the remains from certain churches, including a christening font.
Life was not easy along this coast around the eleventh century due to the frequent pirate raids (a square-based watchtower still survives): following one of many such incursions Riva was almost completely abandoned.
Things then got slowly back to normal: we have to wait until 1049 before finding another document mentioning the town - a legal deed establishing the border of "Ripa" at the church of San Maurizio.
This Romanesque church, today the sanctuary of the Buon Consiglio, stands on the site occupied by the town of Villaregia in the late Middle Ages. This had jurisdiction over a vast stretch of territory between the San Lorenzo and Argentina Valleys. Inside the church you can admire paintings by Luigi Morgari. A wooden sculpture of San Giovanni by Maragliano can be seen in the seventeenth-century oratory of San Giovanni Battista. Seventeenth-century Palazzo Carrega is now the town hall.
As you go inland, the road is not very steep up to an altitude of 200 metres. There are some pleasant walks to be made on the hillsides among the many cultivated-flower fields. Excavations on Monte Grange have discovered objects dating from the Neolithic period. The poet Francesco Pastonchi was born in Riva Ligure.

The decoration was magnificent, would not change a thing. It was classy yet cozzy and very comfortable The terrace was superb, the view was unbelievable. the furniture was very appropiate and pretty That its perfect for the guest that wants to be centrally located between France and Italy. And not to venture into Genova during the week, it was crowded, dirty and traffic was aweful Just that it would make it a lot more comforatble to have to sets of keyes. Your people Sabrina and Alex were friendly and absolutely great thank you again

Es wäre gut, wenn dort eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserköcher gäbe. Ansonsten ist alles OK.

in Küche ggf. Handmixer ergänzend zu einem vorhandenen Pürrierstab. In der Infomappe könnten noch mehr Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Name, Öffnungszeiten und Wegbeschreibung) sein (deutschspachig nicht gefunden, natürlich haben wir gute Möglichkeiten gefunden) 1. Von der Terasse aus früh morgens beim Frühstück und abends beim Abendessen den Blick aufs Meer und das Meeresrauschen geniessen. 2. Besuche des Ortskerns Riva di Ligure und der Orte Imperia, Sanremo, Ventimiglia (Ventimiglia mit Freitagsmarkt; dabei möglichst regulären Parkplatz finden, andernfalls ist zumindest für die Ausländer mit einem Strafzettel über 80? zu rechnen). 3. Einkaufszentrum l´eclerc nahe Autobahnauffahrt, Pizzeria one in der Straße 4. Walewatching von Sanremo aus (Delphine und einen Wal in freier Natur zu sehen ist ein besonderes Glück und Erlebnis für die gesamte Familie). 5. Besonders genossen haben wir mit der ganzen Familie die Nähe zum Meer. Täglich haben wir jeden Tag einen schönen Platz am Strand gefunden (teils auch Sandstrand), trotz Hochsaison Mitte August mit weniger Menschen als erwartet. wir waren sehr zufrieden, empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Es hatte nicht genügend Filterpapier für die Kaffeemaschine. Wir haben an verschiedenen Orten gefragt und dann in San Remo Filterpapier kaufen können. (Sonst nehme ich immer mit....) Etwas grösserer Esstisch. Liegestuhl ist durchgelegen. Sonst sehr gut.

Satelliten-TV (wg der Kinder). Keine, es war sehr gut. San Remo, Alassio (Café Mozart), Langueglia (dort Pizzeria in der Innenstadt,an einem Platz wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt).

Vielleicht ein Windschutz ähnlich wie beim darüber befindlichen Balkon. In jedem Fall den Orchideenweg wandern. Auch wenn keine Orchideenblüte ist, sind die Panoramaaussichten auf Küste, Meer, Berge und Orte absolut spektakulär. In jedem Fall eine Fahrt durchs bergige Hinterland sowohl in Richtung. Frankreich/Monaco als auch die Gegenseite Richtung Final Ligure. Mit dem Fahrrad den Radweg von San Remo bis Santo Steffano entlangfahren. Italien hat mittlerweile scheinbar ein recht gut ausgebautes System der Mülltrennung. Um sich an diesem umweltfreundlichem System zu beteiligen wären entsprechende Erklärungen in der Wohung gut.

Einen liegestuhl wäre auch sinnvoll. Marineland in antibes,monaco casino und riesenaquarium, laigueglia sandstrand. Alassio ladenstrasse und sandstrand wir machen wirklich sehr gerne ferien mit ihnen,es hat immer etwas dabei für uns. doch es fehlt uns manchmal die beschreibung,ob es kinderfreundlich und kindergeeignet ist. aber wir werden noch eine menge mal ferien in ligurien machen,da wir uns einfach verliebt haben in dieses ferienort.
