The apartment of Del Borgo Oleandro lies in a quiet location in Poggy, which can be reached via Imperia (Porto Maurizio) within few minutes by car. Porto Maurizio offers well-kept beaches and many different kinds of restaurants offering enticing Ligurian specialities. The access road to the house passes through an electric gate, which is the only entrance to the enclosed estate, and there is a private car park. You enter through the external area, which belongs to the apartment, into the open living area. In here you find a modern kitchen with a dining area and a comfortable sofa bed and a large plasma TV display.
Furthermore there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a washing machine and a shower. You can enjoy a great barbecue with the whole family on the terrace, from where you have a beautiful view over the Prino valley. You can also buy buns, fruit, vegetables and other specialities in the small alimentari.
Opis okolicy: Imperia (City)
Imperia is the fourth largest town in Liguria. It became a municipality in 1923 as a consequence of the union of Oneglia and Porto Maurizio, two towns on the Western Riviera divided by the mouth of the River Impero.
The two nuclei remain distinct despite the administrative merger and extensive property development.
Porto Maurizio was an ally of Genoa from the thirteenth century onwards, while Oneglia, the natural sea outlet of the Impero Valley, was allied with the House of Savoy from 1576. Oneglia's origins as a town date back to mediaeval times. Worth visiting are Palazzo Doria (now completely transformed), which was the birthplace of Andrea Doria, and the church of San Giovanni Battista. Porto Maurizio, which stands on a promontory, began to develop after 1000 AD: the oldest district is called Parasio. The cathedral and the historic buildings are well worth visiting.

Nudel-"Omas" an der Kirche in Imperia. Die besten Gnocchi, Tortellini und Ravioli. Auch die Restaurants im Hafenbereich waren hervorragend.

Die Ausstattung des Objektes war vorbildlich. Vielleicht wären ein paar normale Messer statt Steakmesser noch ein Gewinn :-).

Tips: Dolce Aqua, Rocchetta Nervina, San Remo, Monaco. Wir waren nach der langen Anfahrt schon sehr enttäuscht, dass die Villa Poggio d Andora No 27 schon vergeben war.Die schnelle und freundliche Unterstützung Ihres Teams und die Ersatzwohnung Del Borgo Oleandro haben aber schließlich den Urlaub gerettet.

2 luie stoelen met kussens. Nu zijn er alleen simpele kale kuipstoeltjes en 2 ligbedden ik hoop nog een keer terug te kunnen komen in één van uw woningen !

1 lave vaisselle serait bienvenu la plage qui est juste ŕ la descente du village de Poggi , en face, est calme, typique, agréable et mieux que les petites plages au milieu d' Impéria , ainsi que les petits restaurants avec terrasses en bord de mer le soir sont ŕ ne pas rater, ainsi que l' épicerie de Poggi,avec super bons produits, vins de la région. Visiter Cervo, éviter GENES( ville décevante, plus aucun attrait historique) SUPER restaurant avec trčs bonne cuisine ŕ Civezza ( grande auberge en ville donnant sur la rue pavée ) Pour cette location ne pas oublier les distances location-Impéria, location- plage et surtout l altitude entre la location et Impéria, ŕ noter que descente de Poggi est difficile en voiture, l' ideal comme nous c' est d' avoir des vélos poue ne pas prendre la voiture sans arret!)
